1. You must be at least 18 years old.

an active DXN member with International I.D. Code No.,
remember we are worldwide, 065091446,
or the name of the person & his code no., who introduced you my site.
You'll have to indicate that in the Distributor Application Form.

3. You must fill-up a Distributor Application Form.

Contact me so I may send you a Distributor Application Form.
Check-out also www.dxn2u.com, our official website for a list of countrywide &
international list of stockists & branches. Or if you know of a center near, you
may walk-in there, ask for a D.A.F., & fill it up with me as your sponsor.

I'm also available every saturday at DXN Fairview Center Mall "FCM", Greater
Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines for meet-ups from 2:00 pm til 8:00 pm.

4. Lastly, in Philippines registration costs Php 875.00 only.
